Delete your account

At tiviTea, we respect your privacy and want you to stay in control of your data. If you wish to delete your tiviTea account, you can do it yourself in a few steps, or ask us to do it for you. See our privacy policy for how we handle your data.

Option 1: Delete it yourself

1. Log in to your tiviTea account.
2. Go to Settings and scroll down to Delete account.
3. Press Delete account, type the email address of your account to confirm, then press Delete my account.

You will be signed out, and the deletion cannot be undone. If you have bookings or orders in progress, please finish or cancel them first.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you cannot log in, or you would rather we do it, send an email to admin@tivitea.africa from the email address linked to your account. Please use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

What happens next?

Once we receive your email request, we will:

• Confirm your identity.
• Delete your account and the details you gave us within 7 business days.
• Send you a confirmation email once the process is complete.
